Fraud Blocker Refund policy - Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting - ECCSA

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services, products, assessments, workshops, sessions, and digital offerings provided by Esterhuizen Consulting & Coaching (ECCSA) and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Consumer Protection Act Compliance
This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights where applicable.
  2. Cooling-Off Rights
Cooling-off rights apply only where required under the Consumer Protection Act and do not apply to services already rendered, assessments made available, workshops scheduled, or digital content already supplied.
  3. Non-Refundable Services and Products
The following are strictly non-refundable once access, delivery, booking, or commencement has occurred, regardless of whether the service, assessment, or test is completed:
  • Psychometric assessments, psychological tests, questionnaires, screening tools, or evaluation instruments
    • Any assessments or tests that are partially completed, not completed, abandoned, or expire due to non-use
    • Interpretation, scoring, reporting, or feedback linked to assessments
    • Coaching, counselling, or professional sessions once scheduled
    • Industrial psychological services already rendered
    • Digital products, reports, learning materials, or AI-assisted content once delivered
    • Customised consulting, advisory, or professional services once delivery has commenced
  1. Workshops, Training, and Session Cancellation Policy
Workshops, group sessions, individual sessions, training events, and similar scheduled services are non-refundable unless cancelled in writing at least **48 hours before** the scheduled start time.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or non-attendance for any reason, will result in **forfeiture of the full fee**.

  1. Assessment-Specific Clarification
Access to assessments and tests is deemed to constitute delivery of the service. Non-completion, user error, technical issues on the client side, or failure to participate does not entitle the client to a refund.
  2. Discretionary Refunds
Any refunds granted outside statutory requirements are at the sole discretion of ECCSA and do not create a precedent.

7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights consumers may have under the Consumer Protection Act where such rights are applicable and cannot lawfully be excluded.
