REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all services, products, assessments, workshops, sessions, and digital offerings provided by Esterhuizen Consulting & Coaching (ECCSA) and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions.
- Consumer Protection Act Compliance
This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights where applicable. - Cooling-Off Rights
Cooling-off rights apply only where required under the Consumer Protection Act and do not apply to services already rendered, assessments made available, workshops scheduled, or digital content already supplied. - Non-Refundable Services and Products
The following are strictly non-refundable once access, delivery, booking, or commencement has occurred, regardless of whether the service, assessment, or test is completed:
- Psychometric assessments, psychological tests, questionnaires, screening tools, or evaluation instruments
• Any assessments or tests that are partially completed, not completed, abandoned, or expire due to non-use
• Interpretation, scoring, reporting, or feedback linked to assessments
• Coaching, counselling, or professional sessions once scheduled
• Industrial psychological services already rendered
• Digital products, reports, learning materials, or AI-assisted content once delivered
• Customised consulting, advisory, or professional services once delivery has commenced
- Workshops, Training, and Session Cancellation Policy
Workshops, group sessions, individual sessions, training events, and similar scheduled services are non-refundable unless cancelled in writing at least **48 hours before** the scheduled start time.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or non-attendance for any reason, will result in **forfeiture of the full fee**.
- Assessment-Specific Clarification
Access to assessments and tests is deemed to constitute delivery of the service. Non-completion, user error, technical issues on the client side, or failure to participate does not entitle the client to a refund. - Discretionary Refunds
Any refunds granted outside statutory requirements are at the sole discretion of ECCSA and do not create a precedent.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights consumers may have under the Consumer Protection Act where such rights are applicable and cannot lawfully be excluded.
