PAIA SCOPE AND INCORPORATION NOTICE

This notice is published to clarify the scope of application of Esterhuizen Consulting & Coaching’s Section 51 PAIA Manual.

The PAIA Manual applies to Esterhuizen Consulting & Coaching (ECCSA) as a private body and governs access to information held by ECCSA across all platforms, websites, subdomains, and trading names operated by ECCSA.

These include:

This notice must be read together with ECCSA’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and is issued to ensure transparency and compliance where historical PAIA documentation cannot be amended.
