This Artificial Intelligence Product Disclaimer forms part of ECCSA’s legal framework and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions and Website Disclaimer.

1. Purpose of AI Use
   Artificial intelligence technologies may be used as support tools in the development of copywriting, marketing materials, assessments, reports, frameworks, analytical insights, and administrative outputs. AI does not replace professional judgment.
2. Professional Oversight
   All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and contextualised by appropriately qualified professionals, including HPCSA-registered Industrial Psychologists and trained professional coaches.
3. No Warranty
   AI-assisted outputs are provided without warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
4. Client Validation Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for independently validating AI-assisted outputs before reliance, implementation, or publication.
5. POPIA Compliance
   Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Personal information is not used to train artificial intelligence models without a lawful basis or consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
   ECCSA shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-assisted outputs, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
