These Terms must be read together with ECCSA’s Privacy Policy, PAIA Manual, Website Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Artificial Intelligence Product Disclaimer.

1. Scope of Services
   ECCSA provides industrial psychological services, professional coaching, counselling, assessments, training, digital learning, and related professional services.
2. Professional Context
   Industrial psychological services are rendered by HPCSA-registered practitioners. Coaching and counselling services are non-clinical unless expressly stated.
3. Client Responsibility
   All decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
4. Artificial Intelligence Support
   AI tools may be used as support mechanisms and are subject to professional oversight.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.
6. PAIA Reference
   Access to information requests are governed by ECCSA’s Section 51 PAIA Manual, which applies to all ECCSA-operated platforms.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
