Anti Spam Policy

This Spam Policy applies to all electronic communications originating from or sent through the systems of Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting (“ECCSA”, “we”, “our”, “us”). It aligns with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and ethical communication standards.


1. DEFINITION OF SPAM

In this context, “spam” refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for commercial purposes without the recipient’s consent.


2. ZERO-TOLERANCE COMMITMENT

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward spam. Any use of our services or systems to transmit unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited.


3. AUTOMATED SPAM FILTERING

Our email and messaging systems employ automated filtering mechanisms to detect and block suspected spam. We may also:

  • Report persistent spam sources;

  • Block IP addresses or domains;

  • Suspend accounts suspected of abusing our messaging functionality.

Note: No spam filtering system is entirely accurate. Occasionally, legitimate communications may be filtered.


4. AVOIDING FILTERING ISSUES

To reduce the chance of legitimate emails being flagged as spam:

  • Use plain text formatting in emails (in addition to HTML);

  • Avoid suspicious words or misleading subject lines;

  • Limit use of attachments and large file sizes;

  • Scan emails for malware or suspicious content prior to sending.


5. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users of our services are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending unsolicited messages via our platform;

  • Using our messaging tools or systems to promote unauthorised commercial offerings;

  • Storing, copying, relaying, or distributing spam through any part of our systems.

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action. All users are also subject to our Terms and Conditions.


6. UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS FROM ECCSA

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. All communications sent by ECCSA are:

  • Based on user consent;

  • Sent in relation to a service, subscription, or transaction;

  • Covered under the POPIA and applicable communication laws.
