Elna is a wife and a mother, who loves reading, learning, engaging people, and who believes in God.

Career track record
During her career, she has managed an Aptitude Testing Unit for a gold mine and a Learning and Development for various departments. She worked as a Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant at Knox D’Arcy, where they focused on business improvement and optimisation. She worked for Amalgamated Beverage Industries as a Consulting Psychologist, responsible for developing selection and development approaches for selection and promotion within the business context. Her Managerial Recruitment duties include the following responsibilities: recruitment and talent management throughout the business. After ABI merged with SABMiller, she was responsible for talent management for Sales, Distribution and Marketing, across the Beer and Soft drinks businesses. She has extensive experience working with and at the level of, Managing Directors and Executive Directors, and throughout the company. Elna is highly proficient at understanding the importance of aligning the HR Strategy and Value chain to business strategies. She has implemented talent management throughout a business, which contributed to the culture and organisational job fit changes that contributed towards organisational growth. Having worked and consulted in various industries gives her a proclivity towards understanding the different business context and developing tailored solutions that support the achievement of business objectives.
Student for life
She is an eternal student at heart. As a result, she holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and has a wealth of experience in integrated talent management across the Human Resources value chain. She is also a qualified Coach and Career Path Appreciation Practitioner. She is also furthering her skills in organisational development and has recently completed the Bioss Anchor-Chain™ Change management training. In 2017 Elna completed a BA degree in Biblical Counselling through Filadelfia, MINTS. In addition, she completed a programme in pastoral narrative counselling practices. She enrolled for a program in Spiritual Direction and is busy with a Post Graduate degree in Theology. Her specific interests are positive psychology, narrative counselling, coaching in diverse contexts, neuroscience, appreciative inquiry, qualitative techniques, holistic wellness and well-being spirituality in the workplace.
Community involvement is important to her. She is a Service Worker with Kerksondermure, Centurion, where she offers individual and couples counselling. Further, she offers counselling and coaching to care seekers, depending on the need. Also, she provides group coaching to ladies based on specific themes. She developed two programmes focused on faith development and growth, as well as guide ladies through their spiritual desert periods.
Since September 2019, she joined Simca working as a counsellor, support individuals and members of a support group, whose husbands are in the clutches of porn and sex addiction.

Daniel is a student for life and obtained a B. Eng. in Electrical and Electronics engineering, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and B. Phil. in Knowledge- and Information Management. In addition, he completed certificate programmes in Coaching, Programme and Project Management.
Career track record
Daniel has over 27 years of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) experience at a senior management position. He is a management consultant focussing on strategy development and execution as well as business coaching. During his career, he has been responsible for establishing and managing several Programme Management Offices (PMOs). These PMOs were accountable for the implementation of corporate strategy, re-engineering, customer experience and change programmes. He has a strong understanding of business strategy, operations, optimisation, change management and implementation. Daniel’s leadership style promotes a positive and encouraging environment for people to collaborate and work together as a team to produce outstanding results. Daniel’s leadership and management experience forms a sound basis for understanding and providing the insight, perspective and practical experience necessary to achieve the desired outcomes and business results. In 2014, he obtained the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) award as part of a team managing a transformation programme saving the company in excess of R560m operational expenditure (OPEX) on an annual basis.
Being a generalist who has worked throughout the telecommunications value chain, he understands the business and personal challenges. His coaching style concentrates on behaviours rather than on functional expertise and technical skill. He enjoys engaging with people and seeing them develop, grow and achieve their goals through a process of personal change that is aligned to their life purpose. He is keen to help people transform themselves, realising their full potential and making a lasting impact in their world. He recently researched managing sustainable Non-Profit organisations and is consulting to NPOs. He also focuses on helping businesses to prepare and manage through growth cycles that many a time is a very disrupting and risky phase for businesses.
Recently he added the skills to develop and build websites which he can use to assist clients to take their businesses on-line.
Daniel is a director on the board of Plesion NPC. He is actively involved in providing consulting to NPOs to determine strategic direction and to execute these initiatives.
I have pioneered a business support group, which is more than a networking opportunity. We joined forces with OB-Motion management to assist in providing a safe environment to facilitate sharing and learning from like minded business owners.
