We support employees or individuals through different life and career stages to explore individual and career growth options via coaching and assessment services.

INITIATION

You decide to make the changes. You may experience some challenges adjusting to a new role, team, department, function or organisation. We coach and develop individuals through adjustment periods in their lives and jobs.

GROWTH

Your career is on track, or maybe not. Extra traction and development may be required. You enjoy new assignments and are keen to grow. You may be keen to participate in attending development centres and growth group opportunities to support individual and career growth. You are keen to improve your individual and collective performance, functioning, and contribution.

ESTABLISHED

You need a sounding board; you focus on continuous development and refinement through different life and career stages. You may need to transition into jobs with greater levels of responsibility. You may further transition into jobs with greater specialisation or into managerial or leadership roles. You actively focus on performance improvement and contribution. You want to improve individual and business performance and productivity.

TRANSFORMATION

You reach the point where you need that individual or career transformation. Transformation assessments and coaching supporting the individual with repositioning themselves within their life and career is offered. You may identify the need to move into cross-functional roles, specialising or moving into leadership roles.
